It is an ideal solution for municipal water supply and industrial water purification.
The turbidity of treated water meets the national "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water." This system provides a convenient approach for small to medium-sized water treatment stations in towns, industrial enterprises, and mining operations. In 1999, it was recognized as a recommended product by the Ministry of Construction of China for engineering projects. Since its introduction, it has served numerous users, earning a strong reputation for reliability and performance.
Performance Features
The main structure of the integrated automatic backwash water purification system is made of steel, prefabricated as a finished product in our factory. It can be transported to the site, positioned, and assembled for immediate use, significantly shortening construction time.
The design takes into account regional variations in water quality. In addition to optimizing chemical dosing points, it enhances coagulation reaction capabilities, ensuring sufficient reaction time. The system employs a conservatively designed surface loading rate, improving its resilience to impact loads and making it suitable for challenging water quality conditions across different regions.
The filtration system utilizes a low-resistance water distribution method for deep, slow filtration, guaranteeing an effluent turbidity of ≤3 NTU.
The system emphasizes practicality and ease of operation. Leveraging hydrodynamic principles, it operates automatically with minimal operator intervention. Most personnel can operate it effortlessly, and the system automatically controls operation endpoints.
When the filter surface becomes clogged to a certain degree, the system initiates automatic backwashing. With almost no moving parts, the equipment experiences near-zero failures, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance.
